Meet Our Founder
Suresh Kumar KC
Retired DIG, Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)
With over three decades of experience in the security , defence and corporate sector, Suresh Kumar KC founded Rovers Security Services to bring institutional-grade security expertise to businesses and critical infrastructure.
Throughout his career, he has worked across industrial security, fire protection, intelligence, vigilance, and security operations, developing practical, risk-based solutions for complex environments.
His leadership and distinguished service have been recognised with the President's Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the Director General's Commendation Disc.
Today, he leads Rovers with a simple philosophy: deliver disciplined, reliable, and professionally managed security solutions that clients can trust.
Meet Our Team
Manoj Manadevan
Retired Assistant Commandant, CISF
Manoj Manadevan is a seasoned professional with 36 years of rich experience in industrial and airport security management, general administration, logistics, and manpower management.
He has a strong background in developing top-performing organizations focused on loss prevention, risk analysis, threat assessment, crisis planning, and safety programs.
Having served with the Central Industrial Security Force since March 1990, he recently retired as Assistant Commandant from BPCL Kochi and is presently working as General Manager operations with Rovers Security Services.
He holds a B.Com from Calicut University alongside specialized in-service training in intelligence, weapon training, and disaster management.
V. Babu
Retired Sub-Inspector, CISF
V. Babu is a distinguished industrial security expert with over 35 years of exemplary service in the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), retiring as a Sub-Inspector from CISF Unit ASG Calicut.
During his extensive tenure, he developed deep-rooted expertise in industrial protection, asset safety, and operational security management.Building upon his decades of disciplined service in key government security installations, he currently serves as the Area Manager (Operations) at Rovers Security Services.
In this role, he leverages his vast field experience to direct high-standards security protocols, manage deployment operations, and ensure robust protection frameworks for industrial clients.
His professional career stands as a testament to absolute integrity, strategic risk mitigation, and unwavering leadership in security operations.
